Looking for help to get a refund. I was promised a monthly discount when I turned in my old phone. I've gone into the store 4 times and just get false promises and no change on my bill. Then they tried to charge me for Disney + which I never signed up for.
At this point, I'm ready to cut my losses and move on to a cheaper more customer friendly service. Anyone have an idea of how to get some real help to resolve a billing issue?
