Keep trying to redeem offer from Verizon, but it keeps asking to connect account number with account I created. When putting in my account number, it keeps saying try again later. It's been 3 days at this point with this error appearing. I keep trying to chat with Verizon but it appears the actual chat is broken all the time. Not sure what to do at this point as there's no FAQ that can assist with this issue.
