Unable to redeem Cromebook Offer

I am having trouble redeeming my free Samsung Chromebook. It says the discount will be applied at checkout however, when I get to the checkout page it is showing I owe the full price of the chromebook and it is not adding the discount. It also says "We have removed your previously selected offer because you chose a better deal". Customer service has been useless and Im two seconds away from cancelling my service.

We've been calling Verizon customer servi ce over and over to get this worked out and we keep getting what feels like the run around.... They've said "you have to wait until the offer expires", which we KNOW better, then it's "we're going to fix it, we'll call you with an up date next week", but no call and no Cromebook. It's getting REALLY frustrating. I have been loyal customer for over 10 years and have like 8 lines including the home internet that only works PART of the time.........but they can't give me what they PROMISED me?

martatowne, we are concerned to learn about your promotion experience and we are here to help. We want to make sure you receive all of your eligible promotional offers. So that we can better assist, can you share with us what service you purchased to qualify for this offer and when that purchase was completed? We want to narrow down the promotion that is specific to you so that we can investigate the details futher.
