Hi, I have a user who is unable to sign-in to the site secure.verizon.com/signin, see photo below, I believe Verizon is blocking one of our IPs, I have seen in a few other posts that a new IP would work but an IP release/renew didnt work so I believe ithe block is on one of our zscaler public NAT IPs. Tried reaching out to support numbers but couldn't get ahold of an actual person, figured this was my last option
