Unlink old Home/Fios Account from current Mobile account

I'm currently trying to unlink my OLD/Inactive Fios account from my current Mobile account. I've called customer support multiple times over the last two years amounting to well over 50 hours of my time trying to do so. No one has been able to help. Looking at community forums, a request needs to be submitted to unmerge my old account from my mobile.

I finally thought I had it resolved just now when a representative said he had submitted the request. However, he messaged me saying it's resolved and closed the chat without even verifying on my end. In fact it was NOT resolved, so I am posting here hoping an escalation will occur. Again, this has been an ongoing issue for over two years and tech support should be able to assist with this issue since it's obviously many people are inconvenienced by this. 

Please help.
