Unlink old Home/Fios account from Mobile/Wireless Account so I can add my new Home/Fios account

I’ve talked to several agents and spent hours with this issue…There was a Fios account pair with my mobile account years ago. I had moved and switched service providers and canceled the Fios service. I recently moved to an area with Fios and was told I could not activate the old account and a new one would get set up ($99 activation fee). The old account number (Home/Fios) is still paired with my mobile account and no one seem to be able to update it with the new one. Super frustrating and I just keep getting sent back and forth between Fios and Wireless agents.
