Hi. Have been on multiple phone calls with dozens of Verizon agents. Not a single one has resolved my issue. I have been lied to, deceived, hung up on, and been on hours and hours of phone calls. All I am trying to do is port in a number from another provider, I have all of the information, I have the new iPhone, nothing is working to get this phone activated. Not a single agent has been able to resolve. I will leave reviews in every possible place about this experience to truly broadcast what has been happening. You need to make this right.
this is what I emailed to Verizon. There is no way for me to contact them directly expect for their awful customer service line in which you wait 30+ mins before an incompetent person finally answers, transfers you to someone else, and you accomplish nothing. I still have an iPhone that I am paying for, that isnโt activating, not a SINGLE agent has been able to help me.
