Unresolved Incident for mobile plan change for a month

I do not know where to take this. On 9/30 we have ordered a new phone with an immediate change of existing mobile plan from Play More 5G to Unlimited Ultimate.

Its been a month and plan did not change. It is impossible to change it by myself or any of the verizon staff that tried.

This not only prevents calculating monthly bill correctly but also applying $1000 promo to the line. Our $1000 trade in for due to this bug also evaluated at $419 which is a joke.

I should have packed and leave this joke carrier years ago.

***** is the case opened for it with multiple support members. Sadly nobody did not care to look into, fix or communicate any updates.
