Unresponsive Client Executive Verizon Business Group to resolve billing issues.

Who do I need to reach out to resolve an ongoing (over a year) billing issue? Our "Client Executive Verizon Business Group" has not been able to provide status or feedback on who we should contact to get a resolution to the problem. This is for a land based Verizon business account involving a PRI circuit that was supposed to have been disconnected June 2024. We are still being billed for this service and we cannot get a status on this.

Your private messages (PMs) will be under the envelope icon at the top right of the forum page. If the Verizon rep forgot to send you one, you can PM them by clicking/tapping on their forum avatar (that red V in the circle in their post above) and using the "send message" button. I have read in the forums before that the agents who post in these forums can't access business accounts though. So hopefully they have a better contact person for you, if whomever you've been working with hasn't been able to resolve the issue.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
