Unsatisfactory Customer Servuce With Financial Services

I’ve contacted Verizon financial services dept, received the horrible automated voice system, to only have to be told, I will be charged $10.00 to speak with a live representative. I’ve had my account with Verizon for 30 plus years and just recently their customer service has really deteriorated. I’m very frustrated and have researched other wireless companies, but pretty much this same customer service is happening there too. What’s your experience with Financial Services and if you can provide any helpful resources. Thanks for listening.
