I left a negative review of the Lynbrook, NY authorized retailer a couple of weeks ago and received a call from the manager Gia.   She was the subject of my negative review. She proceeded to attempt to defend herself and said she didn't appreciate me leaving a negative review, adding that I was unfair.  Really?  I told her that she didn't provide important information such as letting me know I was being charged $50 for transfer of data or that i needed to purchase a new cover.  I could have done this myself. She said it's included but then why was there an additional charge?  She then amped up and refused to listen to me. She then threatened to report me, whatever that means.
