Upgrade and customer service

I upgraded mine and my husbands phones a couple of weeks ago and since then it's been nothing but issues and terrible customer service.  I tried to move to my new phone, ended up having issues moving everything over, I called customer service and was on for 4 hours, they didn't help me at all, in fact they made things worse by turning off my husbands service.  Had to go to the local store two times following.  I then chatted with apple because no one at verizon could help me.  My husband tried to switch his phone and again not everything moved over, he went to the local store the next day and they refused to help him unless he spent $30.  I then noticed yesterday that my boys watches(family watches) were not synced correctly to mine as they had been up be able to track them, change certain settings etc.  They would not and one still will not sync.  I called customer service and the rep I spoke to keeps telling me I cannot sync more than one watch, told him numerous times it family watches, not my personal one.  How does someone in tech support not know this and why aren't people trained correctly.  This has been a terrible experience from start to still not finished.  I have been with Verizon for 10 years and am extremely disappointed and frustrated.  I fully expect Verizon to make this right.

We are sorry to read that you had this negative experience, as this is never what we want for you, especially after upgrading. Where you able to get assistance with transferring the information and syncing the watch?
