Urgent Help with Verizon Reward dollars transfer to Verizon mobile account

Hello,

I need help with transferring my Verizon Reward Dollars posted on my Verizon Credit Card.

1. I am listed Account Manager on Verizon Wireless account.

2. When I called Verizon Credit Card customer service they see the reward dollars and said reward dollars were transferred to Verizon Wireless. They also submitted Rewards tracker query to verizon wireless. They told me to follow up with Verizon Wireless customer service.

3. When I called Verizon wireless customer service , they can not see reward dollars. It shows zero balance. They told me to call Verizon Credit Card customer service?

What is the best way to resolve this issue at the earliest.

No one has been able to help me use my verizon dollars towards my bill??? There's supposedly a ticket put in?? You guys say its a synchrony problem, and synchrony said its your problem?? Why is this so hard to figure out?? Its over frustrating.. im the account owner.. I have 112$ built up but cannot use them.  Next step is contacting the better business beauro... this is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with... im too the point i just want out and go back to a simpler time when I had cricket

From what's being described here, my guess is something happened to the linkage between the Verizon Dollars program and Verizon itself.  It's an IT issue with Verizon where they need to get things set back up to be able to use the Verizon Dollars from the Verizon Visa card.  Sort of like how my credit card has a points program attached to it, but merchants have to elect to taking the points for purchases.

There is a separate app for Verizon Visa. It shows verizon dollars balance correctly for me. When I click Redeem on verizon visa app, it open Verizon Wirelesss app (Separate app), but there it shows zero balance.

Looks like there is a process which is supposed to transfer Verizon dollars from Verizon Visa app to Verizon Wireless app, Currently that process is not working for me.  Need help.

Have you tried updating the My Verizon app, or uninstalling it and then reinstalling it to see if this fixes the non-transfer/unrecognized Verizon Dollars problem?  If that doesn't work either, then it's a bug which Verizon has to fix.

@vzw_customer_support  can you escalate this to whatever department is responsible for Verizon apps?  I don't have any information in my notes elsewhere about who in the company handles this.  Clearly, the Verizon Dollars are correct on the Synchrony side, but there is a disconnect with My Verizon.  This issue has been reported sporadically for a couple months now.  Or if the fix is simply to update the MVA, if someone can post back with confirmation that works?
