I don’t know if am the only one that feels this way but this company has showed me the absolute worst service since day one. Am talking about their service over the phone with those bogus numbers they have. The only number they answer right away is if you choose new customer. Only that when they answer that is only to give you another number where a recording tries to trick you into thinking is a person and tries to sell you health alert. I was supposed to pay $50 a month for my service and after a year am at $70 so far but you can’t explain your situation cause nobody is listening.
