Hi there, on July 30th, I had to get a support agent to add the starz/netflix promo, my phone was registering the tap - so that's why I had to call in for it. Was told it was on there. Today I find out they didn't b/c my disovery plus subscription was still on there, so I contact support again. So what do I do since this was a representative failure?
Also, when did Verizon Customer Service get insanely...weird? The second agent was telling me how they would "love to give me a nice, hot cup of coffee" and how they "love coffee" - when the topic at hand is not about coffee. Coffee actually makes me sleep so I'm not understanding why they would bring that up lol.
