I had an interaction with a customer service rep named Kia. Im somehow hoping someone working for Verizon could find this agent in the history of my account. She made an impression big enough for me to bring my feedback here(fist time posting). BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!!!! She was very sweet, professional, and helpful!!! I would very much like this to make it to the right people, so she gets the credit she deserves. Thank You
