Verizon Cooperate store employees

The store location is :   11890 Carmel Mountain Rd, San Diego, CA 92128

Today, I had the worst verizon services. The biggest thing is a store employee's lie and more lies to cover the first lie.  I visited here 5 days ago due to device problem, and then suggested to visit and replace phone as it is a new phone less than 30 days of activation.   So I went there today. But they refused to exchange request, and explain store policy that they do not support exchange when you buy from Verizon Online.  So I asked I will submit the exchange request thru CS call, and receive the phone at this store, because I had one a few years back. But the first person said that we do not, and the policy changed.  you need to ask CS and get a new phone ty delivery service, not to pick up nor exchange phone here.  And he RAISED HIS VOICE MORE AND MORE  when I give my previous experience, and asking about the policy change.  (I visited 5 days ago for the same issue mentioned above).   So I asked another  employee, and eventually a new guy came  with the same thing to cover the first up.  At this point I stop asking but call CS center at the store.     

 CS agent ask me to upfront payment for sales TAX and designate a cooperate store to pick up a new phone.  I said that I am in a Cooperate store, but they do not allow me to pick up as a result I asked to another store to pick up.  ( CS insisted a store to pick up a new phone even I asked a delivery service (USPS, whatever), but CS said you can pick it up from Verizon's cooperate store.  That is exactly proved  the store employees' lie.  CS agent did properly as a protocol to pick up a new phone in the case.  

This is serious, if someone monitor for their service,  need to take a look more seriously because it is not a person's single issue, but Verizon's issue when have a series of lies.

 

Another story:

After that, I had another issue due to CS person designated 3rd party store to pick up,  But 3rd party do not exchange phone,  said that 3rd party cannot do exchange request.   ( I waisted 4 hours today and still have not a new phone)
