I have paid off a collection account with Verizon and need a official letterhead stating the account number and date sharing it has been paid in full.
I am working with a mortgage lender and they need this documentation so I can close on a home. They are in need of this to do a rapid rescue for my credit report.
I received a generic email stating it was paid but the mortgage company can not accept this form. I called in asking for a letterhead and keep getting the run around and no one seems to care to help or get back to me. Several calls and attempts.
please help as I really need this document asap to close on my new home.
