Hello again,
On January 8th I moved to a new apartment in a different part of the city here. The 5G Home Internet Gateway is not working here and not on their list of supported addresses for 5G Home Internet. So I signed up with Xfinity. However, when I called to cancel the service for obvious reasons they said to keep an eye out for the Return Box and Label. So I did. It never came, and so I called back again a week ago and asked them to please send me a return box so I can get this equipment back to them. And it again never came.
What am I doing wrong? Why is Verizon being so difficult? I refuse to pay a $200 equipment fee when I am doing everything within my power to return it. Do I need to physically take the equipment to a Verizon store?
Please help. I have until the 8th to get it back to them but I have no return label, nor do I have a return box. I could use my own box, but I still need a return label. At the very least I need an address to return it to.

I have called Verizon 11 times since March to return my home internet equipment. The first time, was told I owned the equipment. Then get the email to return it. I call for clarity and they say they’re sending the return kit, all good I thought. I have called 10 times since and have not received my return kit. Now I have the $200+ bill to pay and 9 days for them to send the kit. They’re not sending it. I do not know what to do anymore and have never had an issue with Verizon in five years until now. Nobody from Verizon can tell me anything except “we’re sending a kit”. What to do?

I've been asking for boxes to send back your stuff, I TOLD THEM REPEATEDLY I NEEDED 2 MORE BOXES AND ANOTHER LABEL OR 1 BOX AND 2 LABELS, BUT AT THIS POINT I'D SETTLE FOR 3 LABELS AND is just find a box. I just want y'all to have your equipment so u can be done with Verizon

Verizon is so sorry to hear you still have not recieved your return kit. Help is here. Just to confirm, the kit that is supplied is actually something sent in a regular mailing envelope as we supply only the return label. Have you received any mail from us that may look like junk or spam mail?

It doesn't work if you go in the store they help me box up my return but told me to print the label at home in which I can't get. This is crazy.

If the customers aren't getting a box suitable for returning equipment, can they package it in a box of their own so long as the equipment is sufficiently protected inside so it's not banged around in shipment? Thanks CS for the link on printing your own label. 🙂

I have been dealing with the same frustration, I have been trying to receive a return box since I terminated my plan.
Verizon has charged me $200 for non return of equipment. I have called over 6x since December trying to either receive a return box or label so that I may return this equipment. I can not print a label from the link given and Literally feel like I have no other choices at this point. Requesting any help I can get PLEASE.

I have tried to return my 5G home internet for months I have called Verizon over four times to update my address every single time they PROMISE they have it fixed and it’ll get the return box - it I have nothing but a bill for over $200 and a notice from a bill collector. So at this point, third party counsel is my only option because there is absolutely no one who can help. Verizon told me they can’t do anything about the charge because it’s “Verizon” and there is absolutely no man behind the curtain to assist me. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

no, i can't print a return label because the original customer service person i talked to closed that part of my account
the equipment is not listed anymore so there is no way to print a label
why don't any of you know what is going on?!?!

I have this same issue, I’ve asked 3 times and still have not received a return label or a box to return it in. I’m getting close to the “1 month” deadline and will be PO’d if I get charged the fee. Please someone help me!
