I've received a promotion for a free apple homepod when I signed up for the highest plan. I called several times previously because the homepod offer didn't appear on my account; the specialist assured that it would appear after a set amount of days (65). I still didn't see it, but when I called today, verizon promotions desk let me know that older promotions were no longer redeemable after some time and that they don't even see that promotion on my account - which is funny because I still have the email that refers to the free homepod. It seems unnecessarily difficult to do reward redemtions here - does anyone have the same issue?
