I was wondering if Verizon does door to door sales? I had someone come to my door today asking me if I’d be interested in signing up for Verizon. There were two other guys in the street.
I’d like to know the same, and if there’s a number to call to make a complaint. I’ve had different Verizon sales people banging on my door at different times of day over the past few months and I’m sick of it. They knock like it’s an emergency and then don’t take no for an answer, they got rude with my grandma when she answered the door while visiting as well. Verizon, stop having people try to bully their way into making sales!

We appreciate you bring this to our attention and we want to make sure we lift up your experience appropriately. Can you share with us what type of service is attempting to be sold by the individuals going door to door? Is it related to Verizon Wireless services or Verizon Fios services?
