Verizon sign in - MyVerizon is rather ridiculous.   Why do you ask me security info and send me a security request when I try to sign in from my phone?  Obviously since you are the carrier you should know I am sending the request from my phone, yet you require sending a notification to my phone to approve the request - useless security!

Once into my account,   as I weave through your complicated site full of ads and attempts to charge me more for services I do not want nor need, I am forwarded to pages that require me to sign in and receive authorization requests AGAIN!

This has been an issue for YEARS.  I can't imagine the thousands of complaints you have received.  Simplify the pages, stop trying to sell me unwanted services unless I ask, and for God sakes recognize when I am connecting from my phone!
