I have 2 issues relating to the My Verizon website on PC. As a note, I am an Account Manager for the Account Holder main account.
First, when I log in, I type in the username and password. However, instead of going directly to the site, it will take me to a screen where it sends an authorization text to the Account Holder's phone. When that has been authorized, it will let me in. However, 2FA is NOT enabled. I cannot for the life of me figure out why it won't let me in with just the username and password. It always did previously. It has just started happening the last few months.
Second, under Communication Preferences, it shows my email as requiring an authorization. I click the link and it sends an email for verification. I click on the email, but it tells me it is already verified.
Also, the email under Communication Preferences says that the email is linked to my phone number. (Never knew I had a separate account.) When I put in the phone number to try and login and then click on "Forgot Password", it asks for the zip code for the account. I put in the 5 digits but get a response saying that it does not match the records. Not sure why not because I am inputting the correct zip code from the bill.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve either of these issues?

We know how important it is to manage your account, we'll be glad to help out with any questions you might have. In this case, 2FA is required whenever you log in to your My Verizon account for security purposes. If you are having issues with the information for the ZIP code on the account, we recommend contacting the account owner to verify the information on file.
