Verizon customer service.

We're at our wit's end here with verizon. I spent close to 4 hours on saturday because 3 of our iPhone/Verizon lines were not working while at home. Although , when I got in my car to drive to local verizon store...my reception/bars came back. Arriving at store to get help (wrong idea) the guy ...one guy at the store seemed more concerned with playing a game on his computer than helping me sort through the problems we were having. Turns out, several of our local verizon neighbors were having the same issue although we were told by customer service people on the phone there were no problems with the network. Even though while I was at the store getting no help from the verizon guy there..he was explaining to other people coming in about their not having service ...he was saying there was no problems anywhere!!!!!!! We have 2 neighbors...3 doors up our street with 2 brand new iPhones that couldn't make calls either from their home. Just like our 3 lines...a 4th line of ours (our daughter's) phone was working. I. tried for 2 hours or so to get help with verizon service people on the phone and not one of them could alleviate our problem. They were saying there seemed no problems on their end. So, you/verizon told my wife to take the sim card out of her phone...get a new sim card which the guy at my local store said he didn't have any sim cards to replace ours. Now...a day or so later...2 of our phones are working. My wife just got a new phone and is setting up. For the amount of money we pay verizon and for this  terrible customer service...I have a strong desire to leave verizon. Simply because of the arrogance of the guy at the local store...the phone customer service was non existent. Talked a nice game, but DID NOT GET ANYTHING DONE. My calls kept getting disconnected...then while on the phone...other verizon people called me and wanted me again to start over with all the questions, getting nowhere with helping me with my problem. The frustration with dealing with verizon is to the point...it's not worth it. Not for the amount you charge. The quality of the phone reception is not that good. And with the experience we just had with you...and which is continuing...I dont want to spend any more time trying to figure out the maze of stupidity verizon is putting us through.
