Verizon fraud accounts, poor service, incoherent aggressive fraud representatives

I was recently the victim of 1 or more fraudulent accounts opened in my name.  I spoke to a fraud representative on Friday May 26th, and she immediately recognized the account as fraud, and shortly after I received an email from Verizon stating that I was not responsible for the charges .

On Saturday I received a collections letter referencing a different account number. So I called in again today only to be met with vicious, aggressive, and unhelpful individuals. They claimed they had "no access" to the information discussed on Friday and instead wanted me to go through some portal and provide them with more sensitive documents.

I do not have the time to fill out police reports in a very busy and overworked city (Dallas), also when I inquired they said they would need the address where the devices were send, which Verizon wouldn't provide besides the name of a hotel (Police needed the room or suite #). I am very tried and perturbed by this harassment.  Also the email address used by the criminal was very offensive and satanic, and I feel very uncomfortable.

I am not sure what to do next.

Also just a few minutes ago I spoke to a supervisor who lied prolifically and hung up on me. I do have a main account with Verizon that I will be shutting down after this is cleared up. Very incendiary rude and racist individuals in the fraud call center for the most past.
