Verizon gift card offer

Does anyone have a suggestion of how to get through to someone who can actually help resolve an issue? I am a returning Verizon customer who came back in October. I was promised a Verizon gift card for each of the 4 numbers I ported over. My claims were denied in December stating they were invalid. Multiple calls have been made and multiple tickets have been opened with supervisors, customer service reps, rebate center and I have been told that I am eligible and that the gift cards should be and will be honored. I have since  received 2 of the 4 gift cards

I have been lied to in multiple conversations about why they were denied (each excuse is different). I have chat transcripts of the original order stating I would receive these gift cards. I have notes from every conversation and every ticket number. I have set multiple appointments for call back by customer service representatives and supervisors. I have NEVER received a direct call from Verizon at the scheduled day/time (or any day/time for that matter). 

Any suggestions on how I can get someone with knowledge of the process and some desire to resolve the issue with a VERY frustrated and disappointed new customer? Blasting my story on social media seems to be the next logical move.

This is extremely disheartening to read, Sean_Fitz. I hate to see that this has been your experience since switching back to us last year. We'd love to help with reaching a resolution on this. I'll be sending a private message shortly.

Might it be possible you were signed up for some other promotion?  Discounts and promotions aren't stackable.  I will give credit to Verizon for updating the verbiage on their website to now say this in the fine print, but may have not trickled down to everyone just yet.

You mentioned you're a returning customer.  Depending on how long the gap was - if you came back within a short time period - I think it's 45 days or less - your old account would have been reinstated as a "winback" and if so, I don't think that qualifies for the switcher rebate.

If you've been repeatedly told that all your lines qualify for the switcher rebate though, and all else fails with getting resolution directly through Verizon, you'd have to use a 3rd party source who handles such concerns to go to bat for you.
