Verizon keeps saying my password is incorrect when IT IS CORRECT!

I wonder how mane people are experiencing this inconvenience! It used to be that every now and then they used to tell me my password is incorrect when I know that it IS! This time I Copied, Pasted, Visually verified that the COPY and PASTE  command worked. I save the password in a file DATED 8 APRIL 2024, then TRY TO LOG IN 12 APRIL 2024 and it say password is INCORRECT when I know that it is CORRECT; FURTHERMORE, I have a time and date stamp on my file that verifies this FACT!

IS VERIZON FORCING A PASSWORD CHANGE EVERY 3 (THREE) DAYS???

When I am home it is quicker to resolve; HOWEVER, when I am out of the home travelling it is VERY inconvenient!!!

Not happening to me; maybe it's your keyboard?  I have a very hard time typing on my phone's keyboard even for texting and find it easier to use the automatic word suggestions in many cases since I'm otherwise hitting the wrong buttons all the time.  As for copying/pasting your password from elsewhere, maybe the login widget is picking up some extra characters from the copy/paste command but can't say for sure.

Carlos5537, so sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with accessing your online My Verizon account. Help is here. Since you posted this, are you still able to access it or is it requesting a password changes again?
