I am having issues returning a Verizon modem. The first time I called they said they gave me a list of stores, however none took returned equipment. The second time I called they did send me a box, but it was the wrong box and not to fit the white cube modem. The third time I called he said he would send me the correct box but I have not received it.
Can anyone help?
