I recently had to return an iPhone purchased through Verizon and was supposed to mail the old phone back via shipping kit. I did not receive the shipping kit to return the old phone and contacted Verizon who said they would mail another. Nothing ever arrived and they took 700$ from my bank account to cover it. I requested ANOTHER return box and still nothing. They canโt email me the label as I donโt have the previous account ownerโs old account pin! I am the current account owner. That being said I have tried EVERYTHING in my power to return the old device to no avail. I am a single mom and this is greatly affecting my life as I am now unable to pay my other bills. If this doesnโt get made right soon I will be ending all services with Verizon and contacting the better business bureau

Sure hope you get that $700 back as that's a separate wrangle with Verizon...
Verizon says they can't send you an email to print it out. They say they will send you a return kit to return the old phone but then they never do! Keeping reposting on here. Maybe they will finally contact you. (I am waiting for someone to contact me to get a return kit too)
