Verizon's Directional Boring Subcontractor Hit Our Sewer Line

Verizon installed a new telephone pole, handhole and what I believe is a 5G radio in our easement almost 2 years ago. Yesterday we had sewage back up in our home and had the plumber scope the line after they cleared out a significant and difficult blockage. What they found was our connection to the city is offset. When they performed the locate and CCTV'd the line,  it is directly beneath the handhole at 4' - 4". Sewage and debris took 2 years to stack up far enough up our driveway (100')  to cause the issue. I'd like to know how this can be rectified as it'll require pulling this infrastructure out so that the sewer line can get repaired. This will not be our responsibility. Please contact me ASAP. We have video, locate data and confirmed this was a disruption caused by the boring crew. We've already paid a $700 emergency weekend bill to clear sewage out of our line. We're not paying $5k - $10k to fix a problem that was created by Verizon.
