Verizon service and connectivity is the WORST!

I’m tired of Verizon and their terrible customer service and even worse connectivity. I have called multiple times over the past couple months and because I drop call constantly. They have replaced my phone and it happens even more now. They said they were giving me a loyalty discount and when it didn’t show up the first month I called and asked and they said “oh I’m so sorry let me make it right” they continued to tell me that the discount was now accepted and would take a few days and I asked if he was sure this time and he said I promise and here is the confirmation and call back in a few days if it’s not showing up. Well next billing cycle and nothing has shown up. I called back to see what’s going on and the customer service rep was very rude and when asked to talk to a supervisor kept trying to tell me there is nothing they can help with. I asked for the last time to get to a supervisor and she said they would have to call me back within 24 hours and that they couldn’t give me my discount but could offer me half of what I was promised. I told them no and I would wait until the supervisor contacted me. That was two to three weeks ago. I’m so fed up  with this company. Use to be the best now it’s garbage. Stay away from this place if you are looking for good customer or good phone service
