I signed up for Verizon wireless in March only due to the promotion of the Visa $200 gift card per line . I added 3 lines so was promised 3 - $200 gift cards. It stated I will receive them 6-8 weeks . Never received them so call in July to get it some extra time . Was on phone for over an hour with the rep not understanding what I was talking about at first . The reps supervisor helped and they saw what I was talking about. The rep then stated it was never process and they would handle at that moment so I was told and informed I would have them within 4 weeks . Again I donโt feel like this was my issue but I understood and appreciated the help. It is now October 20th 2023 and still have not received them. I decided to call again and have been on phone over 90mims with still no resolution. The first rep today transferred to Visa which doesnโt handle the gift cards and I told the rep that same thing and she still transferred me when I asked for a supervisor. This whole process has been very upsetting . I believed Verizon was a stand up well know organization that took care of its members and now I have my doubts. Iโve wasted my own personal time try to get this resolved which is time I canโt get back. If I donโt have this fixed by Monday I will cancel my entire Verizon plan including my families and switch to ATT or T-Mobile . This has been a horrible experience.

Hello Maria,
Appreciate you reaching out to me and would love to get this resolved. I have enjoyed my Verizon wireless besides for this matter but if It canโt be resolved in a quick manner I will unfortunately have to cancel . I canโt be with a company that doesnโt value itโs members or stands by what it has promised . I have wasted too much of my time which I will never get back on this .
