Voicemail Errors (Two Lines)

Hello,

I've been having for several months, voicemail error messages (unable to get/retrieve new voicemail messages for two of my 2 main numbers).  I have tried all of the suggested troubleshooting for voicemail issues/errors.

Please advise as to any other help with fixing this voicemail issue.

Hi Kris, I'm sorry to hear you have been dealing with voicemail issues for so long, we're happy to get to the bottom of this with you. Are both lines on the same device? What exactly happens when you attempt to retrieve voicemails?
