Was told today that I would receive my full refund for what I paid for a certified pre-owned iPhone 15 pro Max and a Apple ultra to watch certified pre-owned also well they haven't gave me my refund I paid on October 3rd of 2025 it's now October 25th 2025 and they also said that they would go ahead and send the phone and the watch overnight plus give me the refund for their mistakes but now no one acts like they know anything that's going on this is really good and frustrating I'm about to get on to the arbitration right now and also I'll be sending a screenshots all over social media with at Verizon and just to see how Verizon customers probably are getting done themselves but all they had to do was just give my refund and do the right thing and give me what I paid for but no they want to do this that and the other so now the whole world's going to know

I placed an order on oct 9th and it was supposed to be delivered next day, on the 17th after calling a million times with no answers I get told they weren’t in stock and my order had been cancelled! And that I would be refunded here it is the 27th and still NO REFUND tell me why they take your money immediately and than think it’s ok to keep it or make you wait forever to receive it back???? Ugh I have been told a 100 different things by different people each time I call I’ve been told 3-5 days than I was told I’d receive it in 24 hours and even receive a next day call back to verify I received my refund guess what never showed? My refund and even funnier never got that call back I was promised either than I was told 15 DAYS!!!! Like what??!!!! Than they told me oh no idk why someone said 15 it’s only 3-5 days so honestly I’m not even sure what to believe and mind you this is my first impression of Verizon as this is literally my 2nd week with them 😩
