At one time Verizon had the best service; it was something to be proud of. Now it seems that Verizon has lost its way. Poor service, poorer customer service, clunky website/app all at crazy high prices. I was ok paying more when the service quality and experience were more. I'm not alone, check the reviews. Lately, I have been feeling like I'm in a bad relationship.
I'm due for an upgrade but I find it hard to re-commit to this service.

Since posting this comment I was able to speak with a customer service representative who was absolutely amazing. Not only did she help me understand what was going on, she also gave me advice of ways to avoid some issues in the future.
I have also seen an outpouring of support from Verizon both on here, and in my messages. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Thank you.
