I recently called Verizon to get some help with our business phone number being marked as spam. I reached a sales person because the robo-prompt hung up on me several times - the person who answered, Jason, really could not be much less help. He said there was nothing he could do, he needed to move on to a sales call and sell some people some stuff. He said there were bigger things in life for me to worry about - what on earth?! I asked if there was a support number or tech line I could reach, he did not have a response and wouldn't forward me. Insanely poor customer service.
If anyone from Verizon has any interest, we called from the numer *****. I have the phone call with this person recorded and could provide the file for review.
