Is there actually a way to send customer service an email detailing a problem? I've had the most frustrating experience I've had in years in dealing with a problem of Verizon's making and the drop down menus and phone trees don't accomplish much beyond channeling me to some international call center without a clue how to resolve the problem.
I don't want to spend another hour on hold nor do I want to find a retail location to spend even more time waiting for some sales tech to find they have no expectable solution. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I feel that once I get this in front of someone and they get a sense of the problem, there's a shot at relief. Or at least that's my hope.
