Why can I not get into deleted call logs, and text messages? I was always able to before I enrolled in auto pay! We should have access!!!

We want you to get all the information that you can from our systems if it is saved. You can review call and message logs for the last 90 days in My Verizon. Please let us know if you have any additional questions on this process.
