Why can't we get an explanation on flagged transactions?

There have been quite a few threads recently from folks who can't get an answer on why their equipment order was cancelled, or why they can't start new service or transfer service. They are being told the transaction was flagged as fraud, but receive no information otherwise. While there certainly are bad actors out there, shouldn't people get at least a basic explanation of why something is being declined?
