As a longtime Verizon customer this was the second time I have utilized an online customer support. Beware you are better off going to a Verizon store for all your issues.
Yes they were helpful, understanding but at the end..what we agreed to fill through the cracks. Perhaps they get paid by phone call but no action at the end. Still waiting for my trade in shipping label and box for 2 weeks. Not good Verizon.
