My Verizon Wireless account is locked and I cannot access it to update my billing information or anything.
I enter my login credentials and then it asks me to answer my security question, which I do, correctly, and it takes me to a screen saying my account is locked and gives me a number to call.
The number, however, is of no help, and I get stuck in the automated system before it eventually HANGS UP on me. I have tried resetting my password, saying I forgot my information, to no avail.
I am incredibly frustrated, not even knowing how to speak to an actual person to get my account unlocked so I can access it. I have seen others with this issue, and so I hope this will actually get me the help I need. I have no issues seeking a new service provider, but obviously, it would be easier to not have to lose my phone number which is tied into so many things at this point.

We would love to help Vexatious. What happens when you click Forgot Password? Was this a prepaid or monthly subscription account? -Joe

This is a prepaid account. When I hit forgot password it asks for my phone number or username and when I enter that it just says "Please contact customer service at 1.800.922.0204 to access your online account." The same happened when I hit forgot username and entered my pin.
