Wireless Portal Issues

We have tons of business logins for the wireless portal and it seems like all of sudden, we are having to many login issues. A username I used last Monday, no longer existed by the following Thursday. I can't reset passwords and have to call into support, only for them to tell me they can't do anything, or that the username never existed and I'll have to reregister. Some of these accounts have 10+ or 50+ accounts on them, and Verizon has decided that we no longer need them or have to reregister all of the accounts? There have been at least 5 usernames where this has happened now and it has started to affect billing cycles because we can't get into the portal because Verizon decided to deactivate the username for no reason.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there anything that can be done to stop it? What is Verizon doing and why is this such a mess? Please tell me that we're aren't the only ones experiencing this issue. It's driving me insane, and if another username gets deactivated, I'm gonna lose it.
