Worst possible horrible experience at Verizon store

I just had the worst possible horrible experience at Verizon store one hour ago. I visited store to switch my business line to Verizon and I was greeted with a grumpy customer specialist who did not say hello, hi or how i can help you. I forwarded him my documents on his email and he responded with a very grumpy face that these are not clear. I only asked him that you could have said this nicely to me and why you said this to me in an agitated way. He refused to give me his name and upon turning on the camera, he screamed at me so loudly that he will snatch my phone and harm me if I make his video. I had to leave the store quickly as I felt my life in danger.

I was literally dealt so nicely everywhere else. I am just shaken by the incident and thinking about filling a policy complaint. I hope the store has cameras and they recorded how he threatened me. The incident happened between 6-7pm today.

I responded Peter. I am still shaken by the incident as I felt my life in danger at the store. I hope Verizon support will look in the footage and take this matter seriously so families like mine will feel comfortable visiting Verizon store again.
