I responded to the promotion for the 5G home internet plus and was promised an Xbox X and az $200 Amazon gift card. I signed up on 12 23 2023. I have celled Verizon 4 or 5 times and was finally able to get the email gift card but still no Xbox. The customer service(?) reps don't have a clue. All I get is apologies and the run around.. Different stories every time. Promises of confirmation of escalation emails 3 times now. Emails received 0. Tired of being lied to. Anybody have any ideas????????
