Really, you are literally forcing people to authenticate everytime they open the app then limiting to 3 logins in 24 hours? I pay you for a service and I should be able to access my account anytime I need as many times as I need. It’s ridiculous that Face ID is not enough to verify identity and that I have to 2FA every-time with a code but then to limit it to 3 logins within a 24 hour period.

You guys are absolutely becoming the worst to deal with. No wonder AT&T is stealing all your business.

I’ve never been locked out of my account for any company for successfully accessing my account more than 3 times in a 24 hour period. That’s just ridiculous.

Good luck. Same thing happened to me today through Best Buy.  Texted support twice and asked to reset ... first response was "well, just wait your 24 hours".  Second support person had no clue and thought I was talking about account 2FA and then basically just disconnected me.
