Suddenly I am no longer able to sign into my account on my phone or laptop. I have used the same information for years, so am not sure how suddenly I can't sign in. It does not even recognize my phone number or zip code somehow?? My password has not changed, and I truly don't know what is going on. Tried clearing my cache and everything -worried my account may have been hacked. Help.
I was having the exact same problem about 2 weeks ago very late at night, and so was another customer who replied to the thread I created about it. If when you're trying to login, all you get is a couple of spinning circles and endless reloading of a page that's doing nothing, or "logging in" immediately takes you back to the login screen, I'd say just wait until later as I was able to login about 8 hours later without issues. Maybe there's some scheduled maintenance going on and the system will be down during that period.
