cant update verizon account profile

how do i access my account when it says i exceeded the pin limit for my phone number when it never sent me a code to start with? i cant access any of the important information that i need to which is on my verizon account, i just got my plan like 4 days ago and all i know is the last 4 digits of my account number

Pretty much everything in the books, restart my device, switch from wifi to data, from other devices and so on. I legit just go in right, type in my phone number of my new verizon phone, pin and billing zip, choose which way to send the authorization code and it says there was a issue with the request and to try later, and it keeps saying that until i reach the max pin limit

its just really bothersome that i cannot update my profile so i can see everything about my account like when my next bill is due or how much it will be and information like that which is vital
