costco 250 rebate plus extra 200

I transferred my wireless service to Verizon back in October 2023 at Costco and was told I would get a 250 Costco gift plus another 200 . When asked about the promotion  was told there was nothing additional I had to do but its been over 60 days and I haven't received anything .
