I have 4 lines that still have 14 months credit, I'm eligible for new phone upgrades. My questions is will I lose the remainder of the 14 months of credit? or does it carry over?

If yes, the program allows you to pay off 50% of your Device Payment plan to then trade in the current phone to upgrade to a new one. If you are receiving money off on the phone, then it may be a different promotion. Please let us know as we can check the account to ensure.

When I signed up I brought over my phones. And I'm receiving monthly credit that will end in 12 months. If ai upgrade to new phones what happens to the monthly credit.
