Best bet, unfortunately, is to call customer care, as this is more of a peer-to-peer forum. In some instances Verizon will chime in, but don't expect any real results. You can also take a shot in the dark, and try to contact one of the folks at this link -> https://www.verizonwireless.com/aboutus/leadership/executive.html (some of them have a link to "contact"), and maybe you'll get some results. Ultimately, I suppose it has to do with what your complaint is, since you were not specific.

I want to complain about auto update which flattened my Android  phone battery overnight; storm took out power at house; had to snowshoe a mile to neighbor to use landline. Verizon's presumption (ask me next time dammit) made me angry and could be dangerous. Chat room guy tried to blame it on LG: horse feathers.

I'm sorry your phone had issues after its update twg0. I know its frustrating to be in the midst of bad weather with no communication. Did your phone start back up? Are you able to use your phone currently or are you still having issues? What phone do you have?
